Mats Amnell is a trainer and project manager for the RTI helpdesk. He has more than 30 years’ experience as a journalist in the daily press, the last 22 years at Sydsvenskan in Malmö. Special areas are municipal areas, finance and investigative journalism. Mats has been a lecturer and course leader at Fojo since 2005. Since 2014, he has been responsible for advising journalists on matters of publicity and confidentiality through the RTI helpdesk. Mats received his journalism training at Skurup and has since built on it with university courses in law and political science.
