Veronika Menjoun is an international programme manager at Fojo and responsible for Fojo’s programmes in Europe and the Caucasus. Veronika has more than 30 years of experience in journalism (reporter with experience from newspapers, magazines, news agencies and radio) and more than 25 years of experience in media development and development cooperation. She has previously worked as a consultant for WAN-IFRA, Nordic Journalism Center, Eurasia Foundation, EBU and many other international organisations working with media and media development in different parts of the world.
Veronika sits on the steering committee for the Erasmus+ program, which is carried out in collaboration between European and Ukrainian universities. She is the editor and translator of a number of books on journalism. She has a master’s degree in journalism, and has attended about ten continuing education courses in many different subjects – from digital radio production to media management.
