Andreas Önnerfors is project manager for Fojo’s fact-checking programme Faktajouren, which focuses on the areas of influence, fact-checking and disinformation. Andreas has more than twenty years of experience in academic research, teaching and research communication, most recently from the University of California, Berkeley.
He is associate professor and professor in the history of ideas and learning, researches and publishes mainly on radicalisation and conspiracy theories, also from a historical perspective.
During the covid pandemic, Andreas wrote a report for MSB on conspiracy theories and has since lectured and trained various target groups on the subject. Andreas has a bachelor’s and doctoral degree in the history of ideas and learning and has subsequently gained additional qualifications as a researcher and lecturer.
