Participants of the Women Media Leaders of Tomorrow (JMC WMLT) programme explored the evolving dynamics of digital journalism in an exclusive session titled “Beyond the Headlines: The Reality of a Multimedia Reporter”. The workshop was part of the ongoing program organised by the Fojo Media Institute at Linnaeus University, Sweden.
The session, held on 29 November 2025 at Daffodil Tower, Dhanmondi in Bangladesh, was led by Ms. Hasmi Jahan Shetu, Content Creator at Prothom Alo. She guided participants through the challenges and opportunities shaping modern journalism, with a special focus on multimedia storytelling, credibility and innovation in the digital news ecosystem.
