Internship position at Fojo Media Institute

Would you like to gain practical experience in international communication, digital content creation, and project coordination?

Fojo Media Institute at Linnaeus University is looking for a motivated communication intern to support the EU-funded AGILE project during the autumn of 2026.

  • Location: Kalmar or remote
  • Duration: 3–6 months 
  • Scope: 3–5 days per week 
About the role

As an intern, you will work closely with Fojo’s project team and provide communication and coordination support in an international environment. The role offers a variety of tasks and the opportunity to develop both creative and organisational skills.

Examples of responsibilities

  • Create posters, advertisements, certificates, and other communication materials 
  • Upload and organise project resources on digital platforms 
  • Manage and publish content on social media 
  • Upload and organise photographs 
  • Edit short video and audio clips 
  • Contribute to monthly newsletters and articles 
  • Provide administrative and communication support to the project team 
  • Assist with various communication and coordination tasks within the project 
We are looking for someone who
  • Has excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Is familiar with tools for image, text, video, and audio editing
  • Has experience and interest in social media and digital communication 
  • Is organised, proactive, and able to work independently 
  • Enjoys working in an international environment
