Swedish journalist Ia Wadendal, who several time has been a volunteer worker in Rwanda, has published a story in Swedish online Magazine “Omvärlden” about the Action For Transparency project lead by Fojo in Kenya.
“An app for whistleblowers can turn into a way for common Kenyans to fight the widely spread corruption in the country. The project is funded by Swedish aid. ‘The more people are aware of corruption and the more they learn about their rights – the higher pressure they can put on the authorities’, says project coordinator Abraham Mariita in Nairobi.”
